Photoshop CS4 - Help NOT working

If I select Photoshop Help, from the Help pull down menu in Photoshop CS4 I just get the error "HTTP 404 Not Found". Is there a solution to this, I didn't have this problem with CS3?

At least you get that. I can select help and I end up in a white screen waiting for the internet page to open, which never does.

WinVistaUltimate 64. Worked fine yesterday. Getting 404 error today.

Ok, it appears to be working now. Pressing F1 takes me to:

Hi CR,

Yes, it's working now...now if only you could tell me why the PS CS4 doesn't see my Wacom Intuos3 as a pressure sensitive device on either my laptop or my desktop....but that's the subject of another thread I started...
