Matt,

One "trick" that has worked for many is to create ROM content in the Project, so that the amount of data exceeds this 1GB size. It probably will not need to be much, as you are near that "magic" point already. The file in ROM can be blank, or maybe even a promo for you, should your clients play it on a computer - the only way that one can access that area of the disc.
